CQ Music Co. booking agency

One form. A complete gig pathway.

Apply privately once. CQ Music Co. verifies the act, documents authority, matches suitable work, contracts the venue, collects payment and releases the performer settlement through a controlled record.

Start performer onboardingI need an act
1. Apply privately

Identity, act, availability, invoicing and superannuation details enter one owner-only record.

2. Verify and agree

CQ Music Co. checks authority, supplies the Queensland statement and completes the non-exclusive agency agreement.

3. Contract the venue

CQ Music Co. issues the brief, price, letter of intent and booking agreement; nothing binds the performer without approval.

4. Perform and settle

Client funds, fees, super decision, payout release and statement are logged end to end.

Performer-first representation

Clear authority. No surprise deductions.

CQ Music Co. treats every booking as a documented case. Standard agency fees are capped in the system at 10% of performer gross, subject to the applicable Queensland rules.

  • Non-exclusive representation unless a different written arrangement is independently reviewed and accepted.
  • No compulsory portfolio, training, equipment or supplier purchase to obtain work.
  • Job conditions and pay information passed on promptly.
  • Super is assessed from the facts of each engagement; ABN or contractor wording alone does not decide the outcome.
  • Public profiles, media and payment release require recorded authority.
Read the official Queensland Information Statement for Models and Performers. A signed acknowledgement is required before representation begins.

Performer onboarding

Give CQ Music Co. the working details once.

This creates a private review record. Payment identity and bank details are collected later through secure Stripe Connect onboarding, never in this public form.

Super fund details are stored for assessment and choice-of-fund setup. CQ Music Co. confirms whether super applies to each actual job before contracting.
